How to Properly Raise a Vicious Dog

[Blurb revised on June 2, 2024] - "Pride makes me unable to accept you; prejudice makes me unable to love anyone else." That calamity of a dog Dazai picked up is always politely spouting insolence at me, a provisional executive. I'm gentle, polite, tolerant, and accommodating toward him, while he calls me lazy, incompetent, stupid, and weak. The more people push him toward me, the more he rejects me. One day, I finally stopped pretending to be normal. I showed him my true colors, picked a fight with him when I could no longer hold back, and gave him a taste of his own medicine. ...I didn't expect that when I got home that night, I'd find a soggy Border Collie puppy, fallen like a meteorite, right outside my apartment. - Reader's guide (content warnings): Third-person narration, female protagonist's perspective, and the pairing is as described in the blurb. Contains plenty of love-hate antics and Akutagawa-as-a-dog scenes. Ends happily. - Theme: Pride and Prejudice
