The young nobleman Yusheng Qiubai is secretly an assassin for an organization. He's kept this secret tightly from his friends, especially his childhood friend, who lives on another continent but has always stayed in touch.

Then, on his first day after headquarters transferred him to Japan, Yusheng Qiubai saw his supposedly “ordinary” childhood friend playing a deadly game with another assassin organization.

Ever since the Black Organization moved its headquarters to Japan, a flood of undercover agents infiltrated the distillery. After mocking headquarters for being incompetent, Yusheng Qiubai was struck by divine justice and transferred to Japan.
Yusheng Qiubai: This young lady is so nice. She must be a real member!
The young lady: Stabs him in the back without missing a beat.
Yusheng Qiubai: This uncle looks so loyal to the organization.

One of the few genuine members in the organization: ... Are you freaking the fake one here?
A fake member who has always insisted on being a real one is finally about to fight the organization for love and the sake of the plot, only to discover that everyone in his own group is fake, and they've already won their rebellion and brought down the Black Organization.

Pairing: Kaito, main character is the bottom. Crossovers: Detective Conan, Magic Kaito, Bungo Stray Dogs, and Reborn!
Warnings:
1. Canon pairings are broken up, including Kaito and Aoko. Kaito and Aoko are friends, with a sibling-like bond. Aoko will also get a good ending (at least, she won't be put through angst).
2. The male lead has a very upright sense of right and wrong, but he's the type to knowingly break the law [covers face]. He's not a ruthless villain by nature. This will be explained gradually in the story.
3. Magic Kaito and Detective Conan both feature in the story. The male lead eventually clears his name and becomes a fake member, but in the beginning he's definitely a real member [mostly thanks to the power of love (not really)]. Kaito will definitely clear his name, but there's no guarantee the ending won't be tragic.
4. Detective Conan hasn't ended, and I've made up a lot of details about the distillery. Karasuma Renya will remain the mastermind, but I've changed Karasuma Renya himself. Even if Detective Conan ends, the differences between this story and the original won't be changed.
5. The male lead has a complicated background. Clearing his name will take time.
6. The characters belong to the original works; any out-of-character behavior is my responsibility. I'm still working on my writing and will try to keep everyone in character, but sometimes I'll change things. Everything serves the romance and the plot (not really).
