I recently got into Ashes of Love and really liked the bond between Runyu and Xufeng, so this story came about.
The inspiration came when Tu Yao leapt from the Abyssal Platform. The Flower Deity survived, gave birth to Jin Mi, and made arrangements for what came after. Tu Yao should also have had the ability and time to leave some safeguards behind.
At the end of the story, the Water Deity appeared in reincarnation, so I also gave Liao Yuan Jun a reincarnation setting.

Later changes:
During serialization, one of the lead actors got into a scandal. I revised the outline during the hiatus, so I also had to remove the original brotherly storyline between Runyu and Xufeng.
In the later chapters, Tang Yue is promoted from the original “main viewpoint character” to the “protagonist.” Feng An is a hidden antagonist, with an ultimate villain behind him. The two have complicated true identities and a deep connection to each other, but there is no romantic conflict between them, and each has an independent love story.
