After an Alpha Disguised as an Omega Joined the Selection

Gu Lin is an aristocratic Alpha pretending to be an Omega. To keep his identity from being exposed, he has always put on a demure, virtuous act. Instead, he catches the Queen's eye, and she personally selects him to compete in the Crown Prince's bride-selection contest! Gu Lin: ... I'm doomed! I can't bear an heir! To avoid being chosen by the prince, Gu Lin lets loose completely in the palace. While the other refined Omegas nibble at their food, he downs two huge bowls in a flash. While the other refined Omegas timidly go clip-clopping around on horseback, scared out of their wits, he cracks his whip and charges five hundred meters. While the other refined Omegas play Chopin's Nocturnes, he plays Two Tigers, haltingly and with a screeching, clattering racket. The refined Omegas all say, "Gu Lin is so crude and vulgar. There's no way a prince would ever pick someone like him!" Gu Lin listens quietly, nodding furiously to himself: That's right, that's right. There's no way the prince will pick me! Thinking about how he would be free once the contest was over, Gu Lin happily takes some liquor to visit a friend he knows. His friend is a palace guard, younger than him but taller, and extremely fond of acting spoiled. Sure enough, after drinking, his friend starts saying silly things again. "A-Lin, you're so good to me. I want to be with you for the rest of my life." Gu Lin thinks, amused: You're an Alpha, and I'm an Alpha pretending to be an Omega. We can't possibly spend our whole lives together. Later, at the final round of the bride-selection contest, Gu Lin watches his good friend descend the steps in an elegant double-breasted prince's uniform. He takes Gu Lin's hand and kisses it tenderly. "A-Lin, will you be my consort?" Gu Lin: My ass! Pay me for all that acting!
