Yu Sheng took a step back, her expression cool. "You don't like studying, and I won't make things difficult for you. Let's stay out of each other's way."
He looked at her for a few seconds, then smiled and said unhurriedly, "But what if I suddenly find that I love studying?"

Years later, the Short Track Speed Skating World Championships were held in Japan. Duan Zhao, widely known as the "Hawk of the Ice Rink," drew the attention of the media.
Yu Sheng, a foreign correspondent, was assigned to interview him after the competition. On the live broadcast, she asked, "You've defended your titles at the Winter Olympics, the World Championships, and the Asian Winter Games, completing a career Grand Slam. What are your plans from here?"
"You asked me the same question many years ago," he said slowly. "My answer is still the same. Do you want to hear it again?"
Years ago, in the school broadcasting room, the two of them had worn Huiwen High School uniforms. She'd held her fist up like a microphone and pretended to be a reporter, encouraging a boy who'd lost heart.

Ten minutes later, Chen Yunan, dressed in his police uniform, bursts through the door.
His eyes bloodshot, he looks at the girl raising her head in a state of disarray, his heart aching for her.
As their eyes meet, two voices speak silently.
