Eternal Bliss in Yokohama

A friendly warning up front: this is a gender-swapped version of Muzan wearing a disguise (emphasis on the disguise), and the personality is really, really different! CP: Hat Rack.

[Synopsis]

A no-name, no-money, no-power organization called the "Church of Eternal Bliss" suddenly appeared in Yokohama's Porthole District. The major organizations looked at the church's only two members, a pair of chubby-cheeked little kids, and sneered.

Three years later, the Church of Eternal Bliss had grown into the largest civilian organization in the Porthole District. Its saintess with rainbow-colored eyes and its red-haired, blue-eyed gravity manipulator had become famous, and worshippers flocked there from far and wide.

Seven years later, the Church of Eternal Bliss had become an unshakable behemoth outside the "Three-Part Plan," transforming the chaotic Porthole District into a safe home for humanity all by itself.

Seeing how impregnable the Church of Eternal Bliss was, various factions had no choice but to send agents to infiltrate it and gather intelligence. The spies never came back.
