Half the Blanket Is Yours

It was a week after Du Xiaotang moved to City B that the art studio next door finally opened. Delighted, she went over to say hello. "Hi! I'm Du Xiaotang, from next door." The young man in white standing before an easel looked at her for a few seconds, then smiled innocently. "Hello, I'm Ji Chen." Du Xiaotang loves food. Whenever she comes up with a creative dish, she always remembers to take some to the "artist" next door. Du Xiaotang also dreams of becoming a star, but after repeatedly hitting dead ends in City B, she gets spectacularly drunk one day and stumbles into the studio, crying in Ji Chen's arms all night. The next day, she receives an audition invitation from a well-known production company. A month later, she becomes the spokesperson for a famous business conglomerate. At first, Du Xiaotang thinks she's been blessed with incredible luck, until one day, at the conglomerate's annual gala, she sees the young heir's real face and finally understands. Good grief, how did she not realize that Ji Chen was this Ji Chen? Amid the clinking of glasses, a young heir in a sharp suit walks slowly toward her and looks at her seriously. "You meant what you said that night." Du Xiaotang is so embarrassed she wants to crawl into a hole. Ahem, not long ago, she'd been rubbing his cheek and drunkenly babbling that when she got rich, she would keep him as her sugar baby. Theme: A simple spark of attraction gives way to sincere love
