Off Course [Hong Kong Style]

Jiang Lin was born into one of Hong Kong City's most powerful and wealthy families. He was incomparably refined, and his romantic scandals were everywhere. Every girlfriend he had was given special attention by the Hong Kong media.

One day, Jiang Lin got a new girlfriend.

The Hong Kong media looked into her and discovered something remarkable: she was a stunning beauty from mainland China, outstanding in both looks and family background. Jiang Lin was very pleased with his new girlfriend, too. She was perfect, without a flaw, and the more time they spent together, the more he liked her. Whenever he saw the affection in her eyes, he felt irresistibly charming. No wonder she'd fallen for him at first sight.

Jiang Lin decided it was time to settle down. He carefully planned a grand proposal and asked Qin Jingsheng to marry him.

But on the day of the proposal, Jiang Lin discovered that Qin Jingsheng had a dead first love in her heart. He was only a substitute, and the least like her original among all the substitute boyfriends she'd had.

Jiang Lin had never truly cared for anyone. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he had always found power, money, and love within easy reach. He had never believed in gods or spirits, but that day, he humbly begged her to turn around and look at him, just once.
