The Empire's Strongest Support

The empire's most powerful mecha, Janus, requires a duo working in harmony to unleash its full strength through a resonance between their souls. One person takes the controls, while the other provides support. Di Cunqiu comes from a privileged family and is exceptionally capable. He believes no support pilot is worthy of him. By chance, he teamed up with a support pilot for a virtual match. It felt so good that his soul practically trembled. He thought he had finally found the perfect support pilot, with a 99 percent compatibility rating. What could this be if not a wife sent down from heaven? After going to great lengths to find his future wife (not), he discovered that the other person went to his school. His name was Ye Qing, and people called him a pretty but useless weakling. He was timid, with an extremely low mental strength rating. Ye Qing was once the empire's strongest warrior, the only one capable of piloting Janus alone. He died in a carefully planned ambush. When he awoke, he had become a bottom-ranking student specializing in support, with damaged mental strength. Ye Qing's path of revenge goes smoothly. Except for the big golden retriever who keeps popping up to yell, "Wifey, look at me!" "Wifey, please, match with me one more time!" and "Wifey, Janus keeps crying when you're not home." A clingy, persistent, powerful, bizarre, and unhinged big-dog gong X a pure, stat-maxed, supremely powerful shou Premise: Be self-reliant and strong.
