The Whole World Guessed the Wrong Protagonist [Apocalypse]

{This story is on hold for now. I've been having nightmares lately and am not doing well mentally.}

Blurb One

When the apocalypse arrived, everything unfolded just as it had in the book, and Chen Xi realized he was nothing but a disposable character.

Death was all that awaited him. He would die a horrible death in a monster attack, and his name had only appeared in a few lines of the book.

But then he unexpectedly gained superpowers and the ability to protect others. With his own two hands, he forged a future. In everyone's eyes, the insignificant disposable character ultimately saved the world and turned the tide.

Under everyone's disbelieving gazes, Chen Xi returned with another figure, bathed in the morning light.

There is no such thing as a destined protagonist. Anyone can become a savior.

Blurb Two

After barely escaping the monsters, Chen Xi discovered that his ex-boyfriend was always in "standby mode" and couldn't live without a kiss every day.

Then one day, Chen Xi noticed bloodstains and strange marks appearing on his neck. Once he realized the truth, he found there was no way to escape.

Chen Xi: I'll give you whatever you want. It's all yours. But why did you bite so hard today?

Shen Hui: You looked at the old Wang next door one extra time today, and you also looked at Xiao Ming several times... (Ten thousand words omitted here.) This is your punishment.

Chen Xi: Could I pay in installments? I really don't have a drop left...

Shen Hui: You can suck the blood back. Here, this is the softest spot. (Points to his own lips.)

Chen Xi: ... (But I don't drink blood?)

1. A cool on the outside, warm on the inside, jealous, gentle seme x a gentle, strong, adorable uke. Happy ending, childhood friends, and a chase-your-wife-to-the-crematorium arc. The leads won't be put through angst.

Upcoming story: What Should Have Been a Survival Reality Show Became a Love Game

As future technology advances, alien civilizations and technology become integrated into Earth. One bizarre skyscraper after another rises, and with the arrival of aliens, terrifying survival reality games suddenly appear. People flock to challenge them, but every attempt ends in failure.

An entertainment company spots a business opportunity and launches a reality show, hoping to make a fortune. But the only people willing to risk their lives for the money are amateurs, facing a level that has already defeated contestants 1,673 times.

Among them, Yun Qinghui, who looks frail and delicate, stands out in particular.

A muscular hunk: Kid, this reality show is full of deadly traps. A pretty boy like you won't make it through. Go home and get some sleep.

A bespectacled man with a genius persona: Without precise calculations and a sharp mind, how do you expect to survive?

Yun Qinghui takes it all as entertainment. He has amnesia and was simply picked up by his agent. His original goal was to become a singer, but as he grips the weapon in his hand, he has a vague feeling: Maybe this kind of show suits me better.

And so, to everyone's astonishment, he kicks the little monsters, punches the final boss, takes down the mastermind behind it all, and makes it look effortless. In the end, he even saves the Earth???

When someone asks, "Mr. Yun Qinghui, how did you manage to clear the level with the best record in history?"

Yun Qinghui: I guess when they shout, "Run! Run! Run!" I charge in as fast as I can, so no monster gets a chance to power up.

Yun Qinghui: If love were that simple, that would be nice.

Core idea: I hope to capture the feeling of people joining hands and supporting each other through the apocalypse.
