The heroine transmigrates into a man's body (please don't hate on it). Set in high school, with plenty of everyday life and occasional reflections on life. The opening is a bit long-winded, but more happens later.

(a little warm-hearted ray of sunshine who blooms with just a bit of light (but you still have to give her some, haha) & a prickly little tsundere who isn't good at expressing emotions)

The mountains in February aren't much to look at.

Earlier in the season, snow still falls, covering the mountaintops in a thick layer. Everything is draped in silver, a magnificent sight.

Or wait another month or two, until the bitter winter passes, and in the distance, green mountains roll on and on. Thousands of peach blossoms bloom in all their grand, bustling splendor, filling your view with joy.

But going in February is truly disappointing. At that time of year, there are usually no people in the mountains of Nanshan. Even when someone does pass by, there's no spectacular sight of snow-covered peaks to admire, nor wildflowers and birds for company. They find the walk dull and tedious, the muddy path rough and difficult, and hurry away, growing fed up.

Zhang Qi didn't know any of this. She thought the mountains were naturally enchanting, and out of curiosity, went to see what Xu Yu was like in February. At first, she only wanted to take a look, to see whether the person who was always gentle and kind, humorous and optimistic, patient with her and protective of her, had ever treated anyone else that way. Or perhaps she could meet him sooner and fall in love with him earlier.

But the trip turned out to have no return journey. When Zhang Qi got out of the car, she even thought she'd come to the wrong place.

She had unexpectedly arrived in her boyfriend Xu Yu's high school years and become his desk mate, only to discover that the high school version of Xu Yu was completely different from the one she'd known in college. The Xu Yu before her was a stranger. He wasn't gentle, cheerful, or friendly, and he had no consideration for others. He was so silent that he made you question your sanity.

And most importantly, Zhang Qi couldn't have a sweet, youthful romance with Xu Yu like something out of a teen drama. To her dismay, she discovered that in this timeline, she was a boy!!!

High school Xu Yu paid her no attention at all, and he also had a girl he liked.

So should Zhang Qi help her boyfriend get together with the girl he likes, or try to make him fall for a man?

But even just becoming friends with him was almost enough to make Zhang Qi give up.

She had seen Nanshan's peach blossoms in radiant bloom, but she didn't even know if this was Nanshan, or if the bare tree in front of her was a peach tree.

She thought about giving up many times, but still held on. Zhang Qi managed to walk part of the way with Xu Yu, gradually coming to understand his hidden depths and quiet brilliance. She didn't even care whether she could become Xu Yu's lover. She only hoped he would grow up well, because she knew they would meet again in the end.

I'm so lucky to have come into your life this way. Seeing you bloom brings me more joy than the dazzling sight of you in full flower, however long it takes, however long I have to wait.

Theme: Every meeting is a reunion after a long separation
