[The Blood of Youth] Journey Through a Golden Age

[Blurb One]

You shouldn't meet someone too dazzling when you're young.

The first time Wuxin saw Qiu Xi was at the Moon Goddess Festival in Linchuan.

Amidst the snow and wind, he saw her, and fate began with a single thought.

Stars hang over the Silver River, cold dew falls, twelve icy strings weave around a Hu dance

Indian notes ring from jade chimes, Chang'an moonlight bathes the icy strings

Wuxin's sword picks through a thousand layers of sin, the Yaoguang zither cuts off smoke in ten thousand valleys

On a dark, windy night, flames of calamity burn; a red-clad figure stands beneath the firmament, drenched in blood

Cinnabar marks the score of three lifetimes of calamity, snow-white blades gather the strength of twenty-four Zen meditations

Buddhist chants abruptly cease, weapons shatter; painted bones turn to sand, bearing witness to the vast world

Most striking of all is that fleeting shadow before the Buddha, one sword's chill light across twelve strings
