The Regent's Lucky Carp Emperor

Jiang Ji is a koi fish. After reading a novel, he transmigrated into its world and became the emperor. A koi must grant other people's wishes to maintain human form. Jiang Ji: "What wishes do you have, my ministers? I can grant them all." Scholar: "This commoner is learned beyond measure and wishes to become prime minister." Jiang Ji: "Granted." Local official: "I wish to establish a vassal state and rule independently." Jiang Ji: "Granted." Poor minister: "I want ten thousand taels of gold." Jiang Ji: "Granted." Later, Jiang Ji became a foolish ruler, and the country teetered on the brink of disaster. He knew that the emperor of this country had always been incompetent and tyrannical, and that in the end the regent would seize power and become emperor. Jiang Ji, lazy and fond of good food, wanted nothing more than to lie around and wait for the regent to hurry up and take the throne. Regent: "Your Majesty, would you grant me a wish?" Jiang Ji: "Go ahead." Regent: "I want you..." The throne? If you want the throne, just say so. Why leave out two words? Jiang Ji: "Granted." Jiang Ji regretted it bitterly! How was this nothing like what he expected?! Jin Ye: "I was still a scholar when Your Majesty made me prime minister. Later, I was framed and exiled to the frontier, and Your Majesty let me govern independently, giving me time to build up my army. I am grateful for Your Majesty's great kindness. So I returned as a poor minister, and Your Majesty gave me money as well. I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude." What the heck... Who would actually do that? Jin Ye: "I have one more request." ??? Jin Ye: "I want to take you away." A cunning nine-tailed fox gong x a silly, adorable koi shou Theme: I live for you
