I'm Just a Nobody

Ai Qian is an ordinary background character. Apart from transmigrating, there's nothing special about her. As a death-fearing freeloader, she has serious objections to transmigrating to Gotham. Unfortunately, Heaven doesn't accept complaints or returns. Other transmigrators get flawless skin, beauty, long legs, a Mary Sue life, an overpowered golden finger that saves the world, and a handsome man to marry on their way to the top. Ai Qian, an average-looking, flat-chested background character, wears a solemn expression: … In Gotham, you get mugged the moment you step outside, and going downtown means you'll definitely run into an explosion. You'll lose your wallet in public, and if you walk alone down an alley, there's a ninety percent chance you'll lose your life. Her parents are dead, and all she has is a shabby little apartment, no money, and a crappy transmigration System. Ai Qian wipes away a tear, clenches her tiny fists, and decides to scrape by in Gotham with her crappy System. Warning!!! (Must read!!!) 1. The heroine is an ordinary background character. If Joker throws a bomb, she's just one of the civilians who gets blown up. 2. The heroine's cheat is an upgrade-type ability. It'll be incredibly powerful later on. 3. The heroine's personality is modeled after Wei Xiaobao, a streetwise little nobody. She's neither purely good nor purely evil. 3. Aside from the characters being out of character, the timeline is completely jumbled. The plot is all nonsense, too. (The humble author has only read derivative fan fiction...) 4. Although the heroine is an ordinary background character, she'll become a hidden boss later on, with a bit of a play-the-pig-to-eat-the-tiger vibe. 5. This is about a little freeloader scraping by in Gotham, the city of crime. (The author got the urge to write after reading too much fan fiction.) 6. Gotham is so evil it gets depressing, so I wanted to write something lighthearted and ridiculous. Theme: Step away from reality and let off steam.
