Chu Xichen, a top student in weapons manufacturing, transmigrated into an old-fashioned, angsty romance novel.
He became the substitute cannon fodder whom the scum alpha marshal abused in both body and mind.
On the surface, his original body was a top mecha designer. In reality, he was a canary kept in a cage by the Imperial Marshal.
The marshal's true first love was the Empire's brilliant Third Prince.
Unfortunately, the Third Prince was beautiful but had a short, tragic life. After dying in battle, he didn't even leave behind a single piece of mecha debris.

Chu Xichen had no interest in being a canary. He returned to mecha design and continued to shine as a top student.
During a mission, he found a high-performance mecha that had been badly damaged.
After successfully repairing it, he pulled a "Sleeping Beauty" out of the nutrient pod, someone whose features looked a lot like his own.
*
At first, Chu Xichen took good care of the "Sleeping Beauty," hoping to discuss their areas of expertise once he woke up.
Later, during a psychic power rampage, the two of them had an in-depth study session in bed.
When Chu Xichen woke up, he looked at the patchwork of marks on the Sleeping Beauty's fair skin and said, "I'll take responsibility!"

Not long afterward, explosive news spread across the Imperial Capital Star.
#The Empire's Fallen War God Is Back, and Someone Got Him Pregnant#
Only then did Chu Xichen learn that the "Sleeping Beauty" had once been the Third Prince of the Galactic Empire, the first love of countless people, and the God of War who was supposed to have died alongside the enemy ten years ago.

One night, years later, Chu Xichen, regent of the Galactic Empire, cornered Emperor Gu Mingye in bed.
Chu Xichen, the fall guy: Your Majesty, I recovered a recording from that mecha's database... You were the one who took your clothes off that night. I'm the real victim here!
Gu Mingye, the Empire's heartthrob: So you don't want to take responsibility now?
Chu Xichen: I do!
1. Chu Xichen x Gu Mingye: beautiful, scheming substitute gong x tsundere, beloved God of War shou
2. Gong-focused, pregnancy, sweet and satisfying!
3. For more, look forward to the interstellar melodrama, "I Got the Scumbag's First Love Pregnant"
Theme: The substitute and the first love join forces to beat the villain and kick the scumbag, then walk hand in hand toward a happy ending
