Author's rambling: I'm writing this for fun, so I'll write whenever I feel like it, and you can read whenever you feel like it. I've read lots of great stories with incredibly tight logic, so I've decided to settle down and be an idiot. I'm a not-at-all-famous stand-up comedy performer, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Complaints and Radar Division, and a half-baked chuunibyou gamer. The moment I suddenly caught sight of a certain eyebrowless, gradient-dyed, frilly-dress-wearing, stubborn pretty boy, I was hooked and immediately started praying like a maiden for a clichéd transmigration.

After agonizing over it for days, I still don't think I can keep writing. Too much has happened, and if I continue, I'll only spread the sorrow brought on by my misfortunes to all of you lovely readers. People come online to read for fun, not to feel miserable. Reality is truly cruel, so cherish everyone around you. Thank you for supporting and bearing with me for so long. I'm not a good enough author, but fortunately, wonderful readers like you have supported and encouraged me all the way here. Though I originally planned to write a story about Yagyu, I won't be doing that anymore. The Yagyu story was meant to be an extra, told mainly in the third person to fill in the gaps in the earlier story: moments and feelings distorted by the protagonist's perspective and surroundings. Many scenes that seemed real were actually false. I wanted to create a Rashomon-like effect with multiple points of view, but I overestimated my abilities. I can't imagine Akutagawa's future now; I even feel like he has no future. But I really don't like writing tragedy, not at all, so let's leave it here.
