Dear Teacher

“I’ve always told the people around me that I never fell in love with anyone in high school. My high school years were full of stories, but also rather ordinary: just the usual conflicts, disputes, and fun and games between classmates, along with the same mechanical routine of studying day after day. Except for that period, now reduced to fragmented memories: memories that remain moving and luminous no matter when I recall them.”

Told from the protagonist’s first-person perspective.
