The Earth Is About to Refresh, also known as Level One Invasion. The UIA defines the entry of unregistered aliens into Earth as a "Level One Invasion." But for me, Ren Xinhui, it was Teacher Su trespassing in my life without permission that was the real "Level One Invasion."

It's science fiction, but not necessarily scientific. I'll do my best to research things and make it plausible.

1. The modern storyline is all sweet fluff, 1v1.
2. Main CP: university history professor (bottom) x university forensic medicine professor (top). No other male-male couples. Both are each other's only partner, and both are strong characters.
3. The parallel universe theory has not been proven by the scientific community, but remains a mainstream hypothesis. None of the stories in this novel take place in the same universe as ours. This isn't our Earth.
4. No references to real people and no prototypes. There are hypotheses that haven't been scientifically verified, but no ghosts or gods.

Xiang Kong is one of the sixteenth-generation bionic humans developed by Feiling Technology. He was created solely to serve human buyers.
This is the most perfect generation of bionic humans to date. Using genetic screening technology, buyers can customize every physical detail, including appearance, talents, and voice. They are obedient, beautiful, and incapable of rebellion.
But Xiang Kong seems to have developed a serious malfunction. He keeps asking his buyer why, when they're both human, the presence of a chip means he can't go to school, get a job, or go shopping by himself...
The VIP tycoon only wants a pretty idiot, so he sends Xiang Kong to the recycling center.

4. The science doesn't matter. Don't feel pressured about the sci-fi. Just enjoy the romance.
