As the mascot of the Port Mafia, Ivan's daily work consists of eating, drinking, having fun, and running errands. That is, until one day, his long-lost dad shows up in Yokohama.

Shibusawa Tatsuhiko (waving both hands): Who are you? Don't make things up. I don't have a son like you.

Ivan: Q^Q

An old friend stands on the rooftop.

Ivan (crying with joy): Dazai!!!

Dazai (smiling as he reaches out): Come with me and help create a world without ability users.

Ivan: ...!?

His childhood friends and family have all lost their consciences, so Ivan sadly turns to the person beside him for comfort.

Ivan: Dad doesn't recognize me anymore T^T

Some leader (with a lovestruck grin): Put on this little dress, and Dad will come right over~

Ivan: ... (Get lost.)

Ivan: My friend wants to wipe out all ability users.

Some bandage-wrapped guy (pressing his hands together): How fascinating, how fascinating. Could you destroy me too?

Ivan (expressionless): ... Believe in your own weed-like vitality. You'll be just fine even if humanity goes extinct.

Ivan: Waaaah, Chuuya, I'm so sad.

Some dark guy (rolling up his sleeves): Huh? What happened? Which bastard messed with you? I'll go beat him to a pulp right now!

Ivan (cheering up): Dazai.

Some Dazai, currently putting a rope around his neck: Ah-choo!

Much later, his older brother Francis arrives in Yokohama on a cruise ship.

By then, Ivan has learned how to give everything the cold shoulder.

Francis (flinging money around): Little brother, come home with me. There's a fortune waiting for you.

Ivan (folding his arms): Hah. Stupid human, who are you?

Serious version:

This silly author really is trying to write something serious.

This isn't a typical everyone-dotes-on-the-protagonist story. Some twisted or obsessive love leads to a somewhat angsty middle and later portion... but the ending will definitely be HE!!!!
