A story about a human who wanders into a horror game and has to match wits with overzealous admirers. Reader’s Guide: 1. The shou is adored by everyone: an exceptionally beautiful, delicate boy with a good head on his shoulders. Instances with monsters or other non-ghost creatures are his home turf. He acts weak partly to fit his character, and partly because he’s too physically frail to fight head-on. 2. The shou is very afraid of ghosts. The gong is split into multiple incarnations, but they’re all the same person, so expect a love triangle-style mess. 3. The shou has to play a role every time he enters a game. Both leads are sexually inexperienced, and everyone he has intimate contact with is the gong. 4. Each instance moves at a slower pace. This isn’t a fast-paced game-clearing story. Overall, it’s a light romance novel, and the logic and writing may be lacking. 5. The romance develops slowly, but it won’t come out of nowhere. Everything was destined from the start.
