The Movie Emperor Is Scarier Than a Ghost

Shi Yao, an unknown model, is born with a constitution that attracts ghosts. She uses an enchanted jade pendant to keep the spirits that try to approach her at bay. But a master tells her the pendant can only protect her until she turns twenty. After that, she will need someone destined to help her find release. She hasn't found the person destined for her, but someone fated to bring her trouble has already shown up. A female ghost threatens to haunt her bedside every night unless she steals the most expensive thing in the home of a newly crowned Best Actor. Shi Yao gives in. But the moment she sneaks into the room, she gets sprayed in the face with fake blood. Then a tiny toddler in a diaper runs over, hugs her leg, and cries, "Mommy, you're finally back! Awoooo!" Shi Yao is stunned! Just then, the Best Actor, wrapped in a bath towel, suddenly appears. Calmly pulling her along, he faces a livestream that has somehow started and announces, "This is my son's mother." The internet erupts: Fans: He got married without telling us, boohoo. Entertainment reporters: Secret marriage. Confirmed! Haters: The Best Actor used a model and now his illegitimate child has been exposed! Bystanders: The baby's so cute. Shi Yao: I seem to have stopped seeing ghosts lately, but the Best Actor's black heart is scarier than any ghost. Mu Nan'an: Don't want to see me? Does that mean you want to see a ghost? [Note] @ The male lead and the baby are not human. @ The baby was born to the female lead. She drank water from the River of Forgetfulness, so she doesn't remember. @ The author's otherworldly setting came from a dream. Please don't nitpick the details. Theme: Shi Yao means medicine. They are each other's medicine.
