[Harry Potter] Ilya Is the Greatest Potions Master

Draco truly got to know Ilya one day during his second year.

He went to see his godfather for a private lesson. At the time, Ilya was in the corner of the classroom, cleaning up slugs.

It was a scene he saw every time he came to visit his godfather.

He had heard that among the third-years there was a Ravenclaw named Ilya, a student Professor Snape both loved and hated.

She was always passionate about Potions, always able to answer every one of Professor Snape's questions and brew perfect potions, but she also loved asking him all sorts of strange questions.

This made her a regular at the Potions master's detentions.

For some reason, Draco found himself stealing a couple of extra glances at Ilya that day.

While his godfather went to fetch something, Ilya quickly scooped up two potion ingredients beside her and stuffed them into her bag.

Noticing Draco watching her, Ilya flashed him a bright smile. "Shh! Don't tell the professor! I just want to see if mistletoe berries can be squeezed into juice!"

The next day, Draco saw Ilya selling mistletoe berry juice to the students. She claimed it tasted great and could detoxify, improve one's complexion, and ward off aging.

A seventh-year girl bought some. Her face turned red, then green, and finally became pale with a rosy glow, smooth and delicate as porcelain.

Ilya's mistletoe berries were a huge hit, and all the girls cheered, "Ilya is the greatest Potions master!"

Ilya: Don't throw away potions you don't want. Dip them in egg, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry until golden on both sides. Kids and adults alike love them.
