After Falling in Love with Someone Who Lost Their Mind

[Complete]

[Warning: The original title was Save That Character-Broken Dazai, so you can tell from the title that nobody stays in character in this story. If you can't keep reading, don't force yourself.]

Blurb One:

Minegishi Nagisa, an utterly ordinary Japanese high school student, was knocked unconscious by a falling object. When he came to, there was suddenly a System in his mind.

The System clung to his leg (or so he imagined) and insisted that parallel worlds needed him to save them, and that a certain character needed saving even more. Nagisa thought that since he was already unconscious in a hospital, he might as well go with the System and have some fun in other parallel worlds.

Who knew that after transmigrating through several worlds, he'd return to find someone standing right in front of him with exactly the same face as the targets from those missions? Looking at the black-hearted troublemaker before him, Minegishi Nagisa turned around, grabbed the System's leg, and wailed, "Big bro, I was wrong! Please let me go back to the parallel worlds!!!"

He'd rather go back and face people with broken personalities than meet a real black-hearted menace!!!

Blurb Two:

Dazai leaped from a tall building, only to become trapped in the world's cycle of reincarnation.

It was as though he were bound inside a thick cocoon, watching a version of himself who was nothing like the real him go about his life. His consciousness never faded, making it an endless torment across countless lifetimes.

Until one day

A slender pair of hands broke open the cocoon holding him. Despite being covered in blood, they gently cupped his face and brought sunlight to him.

[World One] Gentle and considerate Dazai: Would you like to eat first, or take a bath?

[World Two] Domineering executive Dazai: No one dares refuse me. You're the first, huh.

[World Three] Cross-dressing big shot Dazai: Do I look good in this skirt? Are you still looking at other women?

Title: Readers Always Want to Ship My Couples

Blurb:

Before transmigrating, Shangjiang Zhoushe was an online writer for the male-oriented fiction market. After transmigrating, he wanted to get back into the game and earn a living. Unable to come up with ideas for a long time, he finally turned his attention to the people around him.

But he never expected that whenever he started a new book, the readers' comments would always latch onto something that left even him, the author, utterly bewildered.

When he wrote, "A short man from the bottom of society works his way up to become a big shot"

Readers: Awww! The short boss and his little sidekick are just too shippable!

When he wrote, "A good-for-nothing gradually turns his life around under the guidance of his mentor"

Readers: Awww! The good-for-nothing boss and his good friend are just too shippable!

When he decided to change things up and write, "A rich young master takes the road less traveled, charges onto the sports field, and leads his team to three consecutive basketball championships"

Readers: Awww! The young master and his childhood friend are just too shippable!

Shangjiang Zhoushe: ...

But how was he supposed to tell all those readers crying over these beautiful romances that the sidekick, friend, and childhood friend were all based on him?:)

Theme: Face every world bravely, and accept the lover who is most truly yourself!
