This is a story about a country girl and a top scholar.

Ye Anran's story:

Lin Yanshu's story:

In his previous life, Lin Yanshu had been in love with Ye Anran for a long time. But their social positions were too far apart, so he could only bury his feelings deep in his heart. In the end, he followed her in death.
