The Film Emperor's Sweetheart

Film and TV emperor x academic professor

Su Ziye's fans all think their idol is a flower on a high peak, there to be admired from afar but never touched. After all, how could an ordinary woman be worthy of someone as heavenly as their idol?

A paparazzo breaks the news that Su Ziye secretly married. His wife fans, girlfriend fans, mother fans, older-sister fans, and younger-sister fans all rush to protest: "Secretly married? Not a chance! Our idol will remain a flower on a high peak forever! The fairy who can pluck him hasn't descended to earth yet!"

Then Su Ziye wears a wedding ring on his long, elegant fingers, and posts a photo of it on Weibo himself. His fans go into an uproar. In no time, the hashtag #SuZiyeIsMarried shoots to the top of Weibo's trending list like a rocket.

Su Ziye, thoroughly enjoying the commotion, turns off his phone, which has been blown up with calls, and hands his tablet to his wife, who's proofreading. "Professor Bai, satisfied?"

Theme: The entertainment industry and academia are both just one big circle.
