The Straight Guy Doesn't Want to Be Shipped as a Couple

Yun Xi, a straight-laced science and engineering guy, transmigrates into a book: a danmei novel about contestants competing to become idols. In this world, everyone is into men, and Yun Xi is the absolute protagonist, the one who builds a vast "harem."

On his first day after transmigrating into the book, Yun Xi gets his waist hugged five times and his face touched eight times, all by men.

Never in his life has Yun Xi been so horrified. In the midst of his breakdown, he finally discovers another rare straight guy in the book.

Cold and aloof, uninterested in men, and not the least bit interested in him!

Yun Xi promptly decides they should become friends.

From then on, Yun Xi finally has a great excuse to turn everyone else down:

"Sorry, I already agreed to be partners with Lu Zhe."

"Sorry, I'm going to have dinner with Lu Zhe."

"Sorry, I want to share a room with Lu Zhe."

Lu Zhe stares expressionlessly at the long, pale hand draped over his shoulder, his eyes dark and unreadable.

A few months later, Yun Xi is bewildered to find himself pinned beneath his dear straight roommate. A few seconds later, he cries out in shock,

"Aren't you straight?!"

His roommate bites him hard, then chuckles.

"Who said I was?"

From the moment they first met, he'd wanted to do this.
