[Honor of Kings] The Right Way to Raise a God

(Preparing for the high school entrance exam, so updates will be whenever!)

“Why did you choose to stay?” Even as you endured unimaginable pain and torment.

“Because I want you to know that someone... has always loved you.”

“Whether now, in the past, or in the future.”

“And I’m not the only one, A Yi.”

A few things to know before reading:

Most of the story focuses on family and friendship, with little romance. The male lead will probably be Yuan Ge (Pang Tong), and he and Sima Yi will have a familial relationship. (I refuse to put Zhongda through angst.)

I wrote this after reading so many fanfics and researching the heroes' stories. I felt so bad for Sima Yi that I had to write something about it (sob, poor me, all this angst, waah!). The logic is messy and the writing isn't great, so please bear with me!

The female lead is an original character. I researched most of the details about the Continent of Kings little by little, then extrapolated from the heroes' stories. Some things definitely won't line up perfectly, so just consider them my own headcanon!

There are multiple side couples, including straight, BL, and GL pairings. Please don't flame me if that's not your thing.

If you spot any problems, please let me know. Love you all, mwah! (^з^)-☆

Theme: The cost is a painful love.
