Alien Survival Game [Infinite]

The first rule for surviving aboard a devil ship: Never trust anyone too easily. The second rule: Stay alert at all times, and remember that everyone around you used to be your companion.

Bian Xi and Lian He happened to enter the same game.

At first, Lian He thought: I'll watch this guy, who looks so easy to fool, get tricked by a villain. Then I'll step in to save him. By then, I'll surely be a hero, like his savior!

When the villains tried to deceive Bian Xi by pretending to be weak, he thought: I'll use both my brains and my brawn to show everyone that I'm not easy to fool, and that deception comes at a price. So, you lucky player over there, watching the show with time and energy to spare and making yourself so irritating, do you get it?

Some time later, the two met again in the real world.

Lian He said, "We've become good friends. Let's set off together!" (In his heart: That big present you gave me at the final stage of the game left quite an impression. Whether you truly attracted me or only seemed to, it won't stop me from doubting you.)

Bian Xi said, "Sure." (In his heart: He seems to like the gift. Well, at least on the surface. As for his suspicions, I know about them. But I'm suspicious of him too.)

And so, the two wary men set off together, each unsure what would happen next. As they spent time together, their belief that they didn't need companions began to crumble.

The settings in the first few arcs are a little less challenging. The currently updated arcs are:

(1) Misty Romance: Beneath the mist, everyone has turned into a monster.

(2) Taxes Worse Than Tigers: Want to know why heads are rolling everywhere?

(3) A Little Dessert After Dinner: Just a reminder, the monsters haven't had their snacks today!

(4) The Girl in the Album: Did you take part in that incident?

(5) Enter and Die: Want to try a game where the disasters just keep escalating?

(6) Little Vanka: Is there still a chance that the letter you sent will get a reply?

(7) ...More will be added later.

Coming soon, pure romance: Bound to the Perfect Supporting Character System

Blurb:

There are people who are brilliant, elegant, capable, and born to high status. But once they meet the protagonist, all they can be is an emotional dumping ground, a tragic substitute. They give their body, emotions, and wealth to the protagonist without complaint, just to earn a place by their side...

Broadly speaking, these people are called supporting characters.

Cheng Zi'an was bound to just such a System role. In the first world, he woke up in a hospital to find that the protagonist had already found a doctor to take his kidney. In the second world, Cheng Zi'an had the expression of an old man staring at his phone on the subway when the protagonist texted him to avoid everyone and come to his house that night, because he hadn't been able to take care of his needs in ages. In the third world, the protagonist had sworn just yesterday that he was the one true love, but the next day Cheng Zi'an accidentally overheard him telling two women that he had given his first time to each of them. Even then, Cheng Zi'an couldn't hold back a laugh of disbelief...

Well, given the System's punishment and reward mechanisms, Cheng Zi'an could only accept being the perfect supporting character. But the System gradually realized something was wrong: You're supposed to be fawning over the protagonist, so who are you looking for?

Cheng Zi'an: Why not make them the protagonists of this world instead?

Then the protagonists discovered that the person who had loved them no matter how cruelly they treated him had suddenly started going down a different path. He was still just as devoted, but what had changed about him? Cheng Zi'an, you're not home again. What are you doing?

Cheng Zi'an: You shameless bastards. We're two men alone together, what else could we be doing? Obviously, everything there is to do when you're in love!

The protagonists: A mouthful of blood...

Theme: Brave and persistent people don't let even the greatest hardships change their outlook on life. They are sure to reap rewards as they pursue their dreams and future.
