In short, this is a story about a godfather Tsuna who transmigrates to a parallel world, joins the Port Mafia, raises a kid, and embarks on a long journey home.

For the sake of the plot, the original timeline may change. Canon purists, please don’t scrutinize it too closely.

About the top and bottom: The author’s personal view is, “As long as two people truly love each other and are happy together, either can be the top or the bottom.” I chose to write a top because that’s my preference, but given Tsuna’s character, writing him as the bottom probably wouldn’t feel too out of place either.
