Xie Junheng lowers the hand he had just raised, veins standing out on his clenched fist. The man's once-perfectly handsome face darkens, and an inexplicable rage surges within him.

Nearby, Guan Junce watches the two people at the center of everyone's attention, a mocking smile on his unruly lips.

"You want that country bumpkin as your boyfriend?"

"Just to get out of your arranged marriage... Bai Xuyan, you'll stop at nothing, won't you?"
