I Swore I'd Never Date Anyone in My Line of Work, But Now I'm Eating My Words

I swore I’d never date anyone in my line of work, but now I’m eating my words

Beichuan Mian is known as the little rose of the Vongola. When she puts on her secret identity, she’s the brightest star at a famous seafood company: a capable undercover agent who can gather intel and always seems to have her own background music, with admirers flocking to her from every direction.

But without her secret identity, she’s just an ordinary, artsy sweetheart who enjoys a peaceful life. Her ideal partner is an average office worker who’s 180 centimeters tall, gentle in manner, and mild-spoken.

Then a melodramatic hero-rescues-beauty incident throws her peaceful life into chaos. Watching the dashing red-haired short guy walk away, she realizes for the first time that maybe she can change her standards a little.

So when the boss of a certain seafood company reads the proposal submitted by one of his most capable employees, titled “Building a Brighter Yokohama: The Feasibility of Taking Down the Port Mafia and Establishing a Vongola Seafood Market Branch in Yokohama,” he falls into deep thought.

“You said you’d never date anyone in your line of work...”

“I didn’t want to, either, but he’s so handsome QAQ”
