Hagiwara Kenji Is Such a Fox!

I've always been someone who plans everything, but then I met my natural enemy. He's a slick-talking, flirtatious guy with medium-length hair, always eager to push my patience to its limits... Damn, Hagiwara Kenji is such a flirt. I really want to make him cry. (Dangerous statement.) *After tormenting Officer Matsuda, I really wanted to torment Kenji too. *After all, back in school, Kenji was known as the most popular guy with girls and the best driver, the original Akina Mountain racer. (Even Rei admits he learned to drive from Kenji.) Theme: Sweet, sweet, sweet!
