I'm returning to the novel for a major revision, slowly reworking it according to my original outline.
After going through some melodrama (yeah, we almost got engaged, then called it off), I've learned that staying true to your original intentions is what matters most.
Since I can't leave it unfinished, I'll take responsibility and finish writing it.
You can come back later to read the revised version. The plot will probably be different after just a few chapters.

A note before you begin:
The Fushiguro surname comes from Megumi's mom's family. After she died, Toji remarried into Tsumiki's family and took her mother's surname.
This story changes the remarriage, so Toji never married into the family and the whole family uses the Zenin surname.
The original work never gave Megumi and Mizuho's mother's name. Kaori is the name of Megumi's mom's voice actor.
