The Phoenix Man Strikes It Rich

On Valentine's Day, Jiang Zhan really did spend the night holding his lover, while his wife, Song Mingzhu, waited in vain until morning.

When Song Mingzhu discovered her husband's affair, she wanted a divorce, but Jiang Zhan forced her to leave with nothing.

Everyone says a man who rises from humble beginnings has no conscience and isn't worth marrying. Young Song Mingzhu refused to believe it, spending an entire day kneeling in the snow before finally marrying Jiang Zhan.

Now Jiang Zhan has become the richest man by scheming to seize the Song family's assets. Sure enough, he wants to dump his original wife so he can share his wealth with his true love, his unattainable first love.

Her parents are dead, her family fortune has been stolen, and her husband has been unfaithful. Everyone thought the once-wealthy heiress Song Mingzhu would never recover.

But after divorcing with nothing, Song Mingzhu finds herself a new love and holds a baby in her other arm, living a life so satisfying it makes everyone jealous.

Meanwhile, Jiang Zhan's life grows more miserable by the day. He can't eat or sleep, and can only beg his wife to give him another chance.
