Princess Chang'an

Song Wan is a notorious prince of Taohua, a dissolute wastrel who does whatever he pleases. A-Wan is the brightest jewel of Baizhi, and she has shone her light into Song Wan's heart as well. The distance between them is as vast as a chasm. Song Wan never dared hope that one day A-Wan would appear in her arms.

Who could have guessed that, as the fallen kingdom's mournful song drifted on, A-Wan would tumble into darkness, left barely clinging to life in a mass grave? From that moment on, Song Wan was willing to become someone bright and warm for her sake.

A-Wan thought she had died, her life cut short in the endless darkness, just as her youth was in full bloom.

Then she opened her eyes once more and saw the light, along with eyes as warm as the light itself.

The woman carried her through a bloodstained sky, whispering softly in her ear again and again, "A-Wan, don't be afraid. From now on, I will protect you and see that you live a hundred years free from worry."

A prince from a neighboring kingdom personally steps in to stand up for a fallen princess, declaring that there is no place at home or abroad that she, Song Wan, wouldn't dare take on. Before she knows it, she has even secured the throne for the princess...

The pampered princess doesn't spare the imperial seal a glance. Instead, she wraps her arms around Song Wan and greedily soaks up her warmth, coaxing in a soft voice, "Song Wan, A-Wan wants to be your empress..."

A transmigrated ABO story set in an imaginary ancient world. There probably won't be children. The princess is just a little kid...
