[Preorder: My Retired Infinite-Flow NPC Helps Me Make Movies. The blurb is at the very bottom. Please add it to your collection!]
Cheng Yeqiu once believed Senior Brother Song would protect him forever. He followed Song Jiuchen wholeheartedly, until Song Jiuchen tore off his mask and imprisoned him, drained his blood, and carved out his bones. Only then did he learn that Senior Brother Song had wanted him solely for his rare bones, the “living ginseng” known as the Heavenly Star Bone.
Reborn into a new life, Cheng Yeqiu wants only to leave his scummy senior brother as soon as possible and cultivate toward immortality.
This time, however, Senior Brother Song suddenly clings to Cheng Yeqiu, indulging his every whim. He even gives up his cultivation and his life, draining his blood and carving out his bones to make medicinal ingredients for Cheng Yeqiu. He only hopes to atone, if just a little, for his sins in his past life, and to make Cheng Yeqiu look at him once more.
Cheng Yeqiu doesn't believe him. He points at the pill furnace and says, “If you die, I'll believe you.”
Song Jiuchen smiles in despair, but still answers without hesitation, “If that's what you want.”
To become the medicinal dregs Cheng Yeqiu uses is already a beautiful dream he never dared to hope for.
**Reading Guide**
1. Both leads are reborn. Old-school melodrama: the scum gong from the past life becomes a devoted dog in this life, and has to win his wife back the hard way.
2. The gong really was scum in his past life, and the shou really is ruthless in this life. Proceed with caution.
3. Even so, the gong stays the same, and they get a happy ending.

Blurb:
Ning Qiubai is a laid-back couch potato, so laid-back that he couldn't even be bothered to try when he entered an infinite-flow game. As a result, someone set him up and got him killed.
Unexpectedly, after dying, he got lucky and drew a “one more try” card, earning an unusual way to clear the game.
A siren with a hoarse voice, a doll missing its wind-up key, an insect monster that can't fly...
Ning Qiubai's job is to provide these retired infinite-flow NPCs with new employment and psychological counseling.
Ning Qiubai: “...Even infinite-flow games have gotten this cutthroat?”
He looks through the recruitment reports, scratches his head, and says, “How about we make movies?”
Horror films, special-effects films, mystery films, romance films... They seem to use special effects, but are actually realistic.
From short videos to microfilms, from small platforms to major cinemas.
Years later, Ning Qiubai, winner of the International Golden Star Film Award, is interviewed by a reporter.
Reporter: “The music in your films is eerie yet captivating. May I ask which master composed it?”
Ning Qiubai: “The siren.”
Reporter: “Your movie effects are grand and realistic, and major companies are studying and copying them. How did you overcome the technical challenges?”
Ning Qiubai: “The staff did it all with their own skills.”
Reporter: “You've been making films for years, and there's only ever been one male lead. He's practically your sole muse. What is your relationship with Sheng Ming?”
Ning Qiubai: “We're just ordinary colleagues.”
That was the top-ranked player on the game's points leaderboard, a big shot who killed without batting an eye. Somehow, he had also become one of Ning Qiubai's counseling clients, threatening to kill people every day if Ning Qiubai didn't give him something to do.
The reporter turns to Sheng Ming. “What does Sheng Ming think?”
Sheng Ming glances at Ning Qiubai and smiles faintly. “We're bound to live and die together.”
Ning Qiubai: “...”
Could you be a little clearer? What do you mean, live and die?

I feel that the teacher's article is a bit anticlimactic. I like the character of attacking and receiving, but this ending surprised me. Compared with pure love, I think this article is more like a non-CP, which is the personal growth history of the protagonist. For Song Jiuchen, I think it is more like a tool character, using everything to atone for the sins of his previous life. The only emotional abuse point may be Song Jiu Chen's psychological activities, even in the ending, the protagonist did not reveal too much about his feelings, nor did he express his love for Song. It was more like a kind of trust between friends, which may be due to my personal reasons. I personally prefer more delicate emotional descriptions. After all, I read this article just to see them fall in love. I hope there can be a side story to fill this gap.
I've finished reading it, but I have a question, what does bud-like hair look like? Em... Does the flower bud head attack really make you laugh? Hhhhhhhh
Damn it, can you do a side story? This... The open ending is too open 555, I want to eat food
Song, hello, your wife is a sword fairy. What about yourself? I was just Nascent Soul in my previous life. Point and point. Jpg
The ruthless roads in Jinjiang are all jokes (except for the be ending)
Um. . After watching it, I still can't quite feel the sense of cp between the attack and the end.
This couple is so awkward... I don't even know if Xie has ever loved Liu, maybe it's just Liu's unrequited love. If he has, it would be too twisted (at least in her heart, her way is the first one)
Ah? Ah? Ah? I was really shocked that the elixir was made
Oh my god, is he really dead? Shocked
I didn't think about killing myself, but the result was that life would be worse than death...
