Igarashi Shizuya was kidnapped by the enemy at the age of five. Using her wits, she concealed her ability, and from the moment she was dumped in Italy, she devoted herself to figuring out how to blow up all her enemies.
Italy was a nice place. Even though it had a bunch of "clams," Igarashi Shizuya still made it the headquarters of the organization she'd built up, and earned herself the nickname "Miss Doll."
After sending the enemy's entire family sky-high, Igarashi Shizuya hoped every day that she could live like a lazy fish, just rolling over to sun herself and calling that a happy day. For that reason, she made a special trip from Italy back to her hometown of Yokohama.
She never imagined that Yokohama would be an even bigger hotbed of trouble. One day, a hat-wearing gentleman with a choker glances at her on the street, and the next thing she knows, she's being sprayed with machine-gun fire. The bullets were meant for the gentleman in the hat, and she was merely mistaken for his accomplice. The gentleman even blocked every bullet for her, but Igarashi Shizuya was still pretty annoyed, so...
On a dark and windy night, inside the enemy organization's headquarters, the one that had attacked them during the day,
Mr. Hat and Miss Doll meet by chance. They stare at each other, surrounded by the enemies they've KO'd.

Warnings: There are quite a few secondary couples and original characters. Miss Doll's friends and enemies are almost all original characters.
The crossover might get pretty weird. For example, there's an original wizard character from Harry Potter, and an original character from the Kazama family in Hakuoki. The only characters from the original works who should appear are from Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Bungo Stray Dogs, The Prince of Tennis, and Brothers Conflict. (The female lead's best friends are Ema and Atobe.)
The plot will probably move extremely slowly.
There probably won't be any Bungo Stray Dogs plot. This story takes place after the Rats in the House of the Dead and the Decay of the Angel.
After finishing it, I realized the female lead is a beautiful, strong, tragic character (?)
But the main story won't be tragic!
