A short story (alternate setting, with some original elements)
A famous director said on Weibo that if Du Yanmi didn’t come act in his new drama, he wouldn’t make it. So, under pressure from all sides, Du Yanmi reluctantly accepted the role and lived with Deng Qing for three months. Deng Qing was the very person who had been the main reason he didn’t want to take the role.
Three months is enough time for a lot to happen, and their feelings continued to grow.
Less than half a month after filming wrapped, the director announced that he would make a second season. Du Yanmi was still unwilling, but this time no pressure from all sides was needed. Deng Qing alone managed to drag him from home to the set.
