[Blurb]
Aihara Aozora receives a transfer notice, moving from the personnel department, where he spends all day slacking off, to the Honmaru Management Department.
Everything about this Honmaru is great. Everyone can talk, and it's wonderfully comfortable here.

[Content Warnings]
1. Pairing: Kuchiki Byakuya. One-on-one romance, happy ending.
2. Personified Zanpakuto and other personified weapons. A jumbled sword roster.
3. Heavily altered setting and out-of-character behavior. I stubbornly refuse to give up, so lie flat and let yourselves beat me up.
