Blurb:
Zhang Xiaomo: “Yin Wei?”
Yin Wei rolled over.
Zhang Xiaomo: “Yin Wei, Yin Wei, Yin Wei?”
Yin Wei, bleary-eyed with sleep: “Hmm?”
Zhang Xiaomo: “Want me to tell you a story?”
Yin Wei, half asleep: “Go ahead.”
Zhang Xiaomo: “Hehe... Once upon a time, there was a mountain...”
Yin Wei, bored: “Mm. And on the mountain there was a temple. Then what?”
Zhang Xiaomo: “Hehehe...”
...Three minutes later...
Yin Wei's left eye twitched violently. She had a bad feeling about this. “Are you done?”
Zhang Xiaomo: “The temple was full of handsome guys... Tsk, tsk...”
Yin Wei pushed the fuzzy head off her chest and, sure enough, found a wet patch on her white pajamas. She shook herself and told herself to be patient.
Zhang Xiaomo raised a hand, wiped the corner of her mouth, then rubbed it twice on the bedsheet.
Enough was enough. There was no need to put up with this any longer.
Yin Wei's inner universe erupted: “Zhang Xiaomo, if you don't keep your mouth shut next time you drool over handsome guys in your sleep, you'll be washing all the dishes next month!”
...Silence...
The fuzzy head settled peacefully back onto its candy-shaped pillow.
Yin Wei was very pleased with her threat, a smug smile on her lips.
...Five minutes later...
“Sweetheart, let's buy a dishwasher!”
The writing isn't very good, and the content is pretty simplistic. This is just a little story from the author's imagination.
I'm trying for a warm, funny tone, though who knows if I'll succeed.
I only hope to bring a smile to everyone who reads it.
