Growing Wild

(Dear readers, please show me some love and add this to your favorites. Help save this poor kid!) Yun Shu has always been the kind of kid everyone envies: good-looking, rich, a top student, and gifted in all sorts of sports and arts. His friends are all from wealthy, influential families, and his girlfriend is the campus goddess, a top-tier rich beauty. He has lived a charmed life for sixteen years and thought it would always stay that way. Until his parents divorced and Yun Shu went with his father to their hometown of Nanchang, where he met Xie Chen. By day, Xie Chen installs air conditioners for people; at night, he helps collect debts. He gets into fights all the time and is occasionally sent to juvenile detention. His friends are all juvenile delinquents who dropped out of school. Xie Chen lives at the very bottom of society, and he never studies. But Xie Chen is a genius. He taught himself programming and can calculate five-digit numbers backward in his head. He easily solves the advanced math problems that stump Yun Shu. After meeting Xie Chen, Yun Shu can no longer take his eyes off the boy. At first, he thinks he just wants to make a more unconventional friend. Later, he realizes what he really wants is to get with him. Reader's guide: 1. Gentle, reserved rich top student bottom X a poor top who looks like a school bully but is actually a genius 2.
