(Please follow my upcoming novel: The Eunuch Loses His Memory: Real Eunuch vs. Fake Princess. Coming next. Blurb at the very end.)
Blurb:
Xie Suizhi is handsome and refined, with a noble, untainted air. He is the most powerful minister in the court.
When he was young, he was exposed to a love aphrodisiac called Floating-Life Dream.
Those under its influence burn with desire and see the most secret fantasies in their hearts. But no one could bear to see the most shameful side of a noble young master, so back then, he took care of himself.
He gazed at the beautiful woman in the bath, her skin like snow and her bones like jade. The same hand that wielded a brush and sword, and manipulated the tides of power, slipped into the water. "A-Zhen, do you believe that the eighteen-year-old Xie Suizhi saw only you? But the one you saw was someone else!"
Through the hazy steam, the man's handsome, refined face turned dark and unreadable. He slowly flicked out a venomous serpent's tongue.
"You chose the wrong person, so you deserve to be punished. But how could I bear to punish you?"
"First, let me take a little something from you. I'll claim the rest from you, piece by piece."
"I'll erase the marks left by other men, bit by bit, from your body and your heart, leaving not a trace."
A subtle fragrance drifted through the air, passion bloomed, and the water rippled for a long while.
He raised a finger to tap the tip of her nose and chuckled. "Your big brother really does treat you well, doesn't he? I didn't make you take care of yourself."
Dear little sister, even if you marry someone else, you'll still have to come back to me.
P.S.:
1. The heroine has been married before. She is a virgin, but the hero is not. The heroine and hero are not related by blood. They have been sworn siblings for twelve years.
2. Set in an imaginary world. Romance-focused, with a melodramatic old-school feel and a possessive-love dynamic.
3. I'm terrible at writing blurbs, so please bear with me.
The Eunuch Loses His Memory:
Mu Zhaozhao discovers that she is a fake princess who has usurped the real princess's place, and that her husband is no good either. To protect herself, she tricks an injured eunuch with amnesia.
He is Cui Xingjian, the eunuch in charge of the imperial seals. He wields power and influence, holding the whole court in his grasp and even manipulating the emperor.
Mu Zhaozhao cries prettily, her face full of affection as she lies to him: "Jianlang, don't you remember me? I'm your wife, Zhaozhao."
Later...
Cui Xingjian regains his memory. Looking at the young woman fussing over him, he remembers that she is the married Princess Zhaoyang, whose husband is his sworn enemy.
No one in this world dares to deceive him, not even a princess of such exalted rank.
In that moment, he is furious.
He pins her down and grips her throat, his eyes blazing with madness and jealousy. "How dare you?"
Mu Zhaozhao kisses him and soothes him gently. "I'll divorce him and be your wife alone. You can do whatever you want to me."
With just that one line, she makes him gladly submit to her.
Later still...
Mu Zhaozhao is so terrified of this eunuch, who knows far too much about love, that she can't help pleading, "Could you stop bullying me?"
Cui Xingjian methodically wipes his fingers, his gaze tender and obsessive. "No."
His voice hoarse, he says, "Zhaozhao, if you tricked me, then you have to keep tricking me for the rest of your life."
Even covered in filth, he still longs to touch the moon in the heavens.
His desire to possess you will last until death.
