After the Earth Disappeared

"What? Earth, how did it disappear?!"

On January 16, 2142, the New Earth colony and the interstellar colony ships suddenly stopped receiving any information about Earth. They could no longer detect any signs of its existence. Humanity's home vanished without a trace right before the eyes of the new human race, leaving only... a small mirror where Earth had once been. The event was later known as the "Silence of Earth."

Thirty years later, a police officer and a male witch (?) piece together a conspiracy and the truth behind Earth's disappearance as they investigate one supernatural incident after another. This is a pseudo-sci-fi story set in an alternate world, with mysticism and science thrown into a chaotic stew. Two male leads, both tops, with no particular pairing in mind: one has the cold demeanor of a black panther (but he's faking it), and the other has the aloof air of a priest (and is a tsundere). In short, they're two ridiculously cool guys. HE ending. Many of the concepts mentioned in the story have no scientific basis and are there only to serve the plot. For entertainment purposes only.
