Starting Today, I’m the Demon King

Also known as Don't Pick Up Kids on the Battlefield

The cultivation world was making waves again: the Nine Great Immortal Sects had laid siege to the Nightdark Demon Palace!!!

Yun Congjun, an elder of the Tianji Sect who loved a bit of excitement, was a chronic procrastinator. By the time he arrived in the Demon Realm, not only was the Demon King Jiang Mingzhi gone, but the battlefield between immortals and demons had already been cleaned up!

With the principle of, "Since I'm already here, I might as well enjoy the sights," in mind,

he happened to pick up a chubby little kid while leaving the Nightdark Demon Palace.

But... why was there murderous intent in the little one's eyes?

A tragic tale of a disciple raised with painstaking care who ends up turning the tables on his master.

A demon king seme who's an old schemer pretending to be an innocent little cutie * A beautiful and flowerlike immortal venerable uke who's laid-back on the outside and a goofball inside

A sweet story, a little silly, definitely worth checking out.

Theme: A story of someone who, after being reborn and overcoming countless hardships, returns to the peak.
