After Dumping You, I’m Happier Than Anyone [Three Rebirths]

Title undecided. New love interest, stealing someone's lover. 1. On Zhuang Shuwang's birthday, he walked into the bar restroom and caught Meng Lin kissing someone else passionately. The other person looked at Zhuang Shuwang provocatively and said, "Your boyfriend has been cheating on you for ages. I'm sorry you had to walk in on us like this on your birthday." Zhuang Shuwang wanted to kick the third party to death, but then Meng Lin said, "Cheating is my fault. Don't take it out on him." Fine. He'd leave. Surely that would be enough? He left, got hit by a car and died, then somehow ended up reborn in his second year of dating Meng Lin. To get revenge, Zhuang Shuwang picked the most handsome man he could find and kissed him passionately in public on Meng Lin's birthday. One kiss turned into a lifetime. 2. Zhong Youqin had been in love with the hospital director's son for a long time. Unfortunately, the man was dating his junior. On Zhuang Shuwang's birthday, half the doctors at the hospital went to the party. Zhong Youqin came back midway through and quietly smoked in the on-call room. Halfway through, he was called in for surgery and discovered that Zhuang Shuwang was lying on the operating table, covered in blood. A year after Zhuang Shuwang died, Zhong Youqin dozed off after surgery and was reborn on the day he first met Zhuang Shuwang. Given another chance at life, all he wanted was to take Zhuang Shuwang away from Meng Lin. 3. Only after Zhuang Shuwang died did Meng Lin realize how much he loved him. He finally managed to return to the past, only to find that everything had fallen apart. Zhuang Shuwang, who used to love him more than life itself, had actually gotten together with the senior he respected most... The love interest is reborn, the protagonist is reborn, and even the scumbag is reborn! Theme: Dump the scumbag and find happiness
