[Honghuang] Longing for Qingxuan in Biyou Palace

Tongtian has returned, hoping to prevent everything, including what happened with his second brother.

He has always been carefree, and has never regretted founding the Jie Sect.

But Tongtian doesn't know that, amid the snow-covered heights of Kunlun Mountain, a white-haired immortal regrets it.

He raises his cup, rolls his eyes toward the azure sky, and stands as graceful as a jade tree in the breeze.

Tongtian is brimming with heroic spirit.

Gradually, his feelings become real.

But Yuanshi makes no effort to keep him. Still dressed in white, he gazes down at the world from Kunlun Mountain.

The snow clears, and the mountain seems close; the sky is high, and thoughts drift freely.

Tongtian feels a trace of chill in his heart.

Tongtian spends a thousand years persuading Pingxin to give him a flower from the other shore.

The flower blooms on the other shore: where there is a flower, there are no leaves. They are forever separated.

His kindred spirit has fallen.

A sage never grows old, but his heart is like the sun sinking behind the mulberry trees.

He even resents that cold, lonely moon, yet can't help gazing at its pure radiance.

He no longer even likes lotus cups, instead losing himself in the bitter-tasting Jiuxing wine.

In the blink of an eye, longing fills his heart.

Much later, Shangqing learns that the flower from the other shore has another meaning: endless love.
