Seeking follows for my next novel, After the Claw Marks~
Six years without seeing each other, and now they're acting together again, face-to-face with an old flame.
Need someone to look after you in the hospital?
Hell no! Don't even think about making me do it!
Behind his back, secretly looking for a chance: Let me do it!
Yu Fang: So you really like me that much!
He Xi: Yeah. I'm an idiot, hanging myself on the same tree over and over!
Yu Fang: Mm, I do enjoy chewing over old grass too.
The marriage is fake, but the feelings are real.
Seeking follows for After the Claw Marks~
1. Claw Marks is the script Wu Mu, a bit-part theater actor, picked up on the street.
He plays a miserable young illegitimate son whom everyone hates, scraping by in a convenience store and unable to afford food. Then one day, someone sets a gun down beside his soda and asks, "Thirsty?"
The man is so handsome that he swallows and says, "Thirstier now."
The man raises an eyebrow at him.
The young master licks his lips and thinks, My tiny, crappy bed might be a little cramped.
The man says he doesn't mind.
The young master is delighted. It takes him a long time to realize that what the man meant was, He wants to send me to a prison bunk.
2. The movie Claw Marks becomes a huge hit, putting the unknown Wu Mu and veteran actor Zhang Xunye together in the public eye as a couple.
What's baffling is that these two are clearly at each other's throats. Neither of them can stand the other!
Whenever Wu Mu endorses a product, Zhang Xunye doesn't even know how to use it.
Fans: Isn't the movie emperor afraid he'll have to kneel on a washboard if he doesn't go home? Hahaha!
And when Zhang Xunye attends an awards ceremony, Wu Mu would rather give up his trophy than run into him.
Fans: Got it. He can't get up.
Haters: ??? They have absolutely no interaction. You really don't have to ship them that hard!
Not long after, Zhang Xunye livestreams to promote a film.
A fan asks in the comments: How did you and Wu Mu become enemies? So many ship fans keep pairing you up. Doesn't that make you furious?
The host awkwardly tries to change the subject.
Zhang Xunye smiles and says, "How could we be enemies? Wu Mu and I have at least been on top of each other."
He seems to think of something, then pauses with a meaningful smile.
That pause sets a new record for livestream traffic.
The comments flood in: "Aaaaaah!!! On top of each other?!!!"
Zhang Xunye ignores the comments filling the trending-topic feed.
Then adds, "On the same variety show, I mean. So... don't be solo stans. Consider shipping us."
Watching the livestream at home, Wu Mu is already blushing furiously over Zhang Xunye's suggestive wording. He bites his lip: You promised to keep this secret...
Everyone knows the movie is just acting, but I love you for it. And the delivery is free.
After the claw marks, gunshots ring out and blood runs hot.
Off-screen: A man with a fire rekindled in an old house, craving his lover?? A seemingly aloof but secretly sensual, clingy bottom
On-screen: A gentle undercover agent who pampers his lover?? A clingy, scheming, seductive bottom
Message: Loving you is sweet
Ending, ending, why is it locked? I need an ending.
Even though it was HE, I cried from beginning to end, ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, guys. . . The writing is very good, come on!

Dad, do you still remember that the archenemy on the shore of Daming Lake suddenly looked sweet in a skirt?
Mr. He was so jealous that he was eaten to death.
Why did we break up in the first place?
