My husband and I are only married in name. He comes back to me only when he has needs, and I do the same.
We never ask about each other's private lives. He's often so busy with work that he hardly comes home.
I'm a canary in a cage. But it doesn't matter, because he gives me money to spend!
Until one day... I found out he had a kitty on the side.
However you look at it, that's going too far! Cheating is a moral issue! I can't stand for it!
Having grown accustomed to the life of a rich young lady, I started thinking about how I could make it on my own after a divorce, and resolutely decided to provide for myself with my own hands.
So I gathered the supporters in my Honmaru.
Male lead's perspective:
Honestly, I love my wife very much.
But one day, I discovered she was secretly using my money to support men, and not just one!?
Acting on impulse is the devil's work. I swallowed my anger and decided to have a proper talk with her. Sure, I'm very busy with work and spend too little time with her, but in almost every other respect, the public calls me the model husband. What is she unhappy with!?
She's become financially independent just so she can divorce me!?
(There have been a lot of cases of people coming up with similar ideas lately, so I've recorded the date of this blurb just in case.)
A few things to know before reading
1. The male lead is that utterly irresistible Chuya. (The silly author might climb aboard another ship and change the male lead after starting the story someday.) The timeline has been changed, with everyone aged up to 28.
2. First-person narration. The kitty on the side is a false alarm, and the male lead treats me like his first love. How could the female lead marry him if she didn't like him? When she says she doesn't care, she's just being stubborn.
A lot of the logic hasn't been worked out yet, so don't overthink it.
3. Later on, this becomes a business and development story, possibly involving a bubble tea shop, real estate, the food and restaurant industry, or farming.
4. The idea may change, but go ahead and bookmark it for now! I can always delete it later~
