This story on AO3 was translated by someone on Baidu Tieba before, but the post got deleted. When I went to read it, there was nothing there [sad].
Later I found it on AO3. It was such a great story, and the pairing was so compelling, that I decided to roll up my sleeves and make do myself.
I really did translate this story myself! I honestly don't know how the person on Tieba translated it, since the whole thing got deleted [shrugs].

It's a story about Thranduil. The female lead is Tauriel (isn't that a deal-breaker?), and it's set after the Battle of the Five Armies, after Kili's death and Legolas's departure from Mirkwood.
