[Prince of Tennis] Fated to Meet, Fated to Part

[Literary version] Kamiya Shuya is also a child favored by God. That is the most apt way to describe him, and everyone who knows him says the same. Kamiya Shuya is almost capable of anything. His gentleness is like a lake filled with honey, serene and irresistible... Perhaps God was simply too reluctant to let his beloved child be gone for long. A decade or so in the mortal world was enough.

[Regular synopsis] Kamiya Shuya is a cross-dressing beauty who is prim and proper in everyday life but lets loose on vacation, with a Korean-inspired style. He is talented enough to stand out. At the same time, he is an ordinary person with a death sentence hanging over him. When he was eight, Kamiya Shuya was diagnosed with ALS. He showed no particularly noticeable symptoms for years... until he embraced death at fifteen. As a regular starter on the Rikkai Dai tennis team, Kamiya Shuya has always been known for his speed. As the eldest son of the Kamiya family of Kyoto, he is a perfect child, but not the heir. Kamiya Shuya's gentleness hurts others.

P.P.S. There's a tiny bit of Detective Conan, but it doesn't have much impact.

P.P.P.S. The clinical presentation of ALS is based on my own setting. The basic symptoms are unchanged, but the timeline is my own invention. (Is it possible for someone to be diagnosed with an illness at eight, show no noticeable symptoms for seven years, then have all the symptoms hit at once like a landslide and die within a few months?)

P.P.P.P.S. The protagonist and Yukimura have a subtle mutual affection that nobody notices. I made the cover myself. I'm broke, so I used a free font.
